Fomo Momo is a Jersey City–based Indian fusion food truck — the pink truck — founded by Impreet Sodhi and Ankita Nagpal, who run it as a side hustle alongside their tech careers. The menu mixes traditional spices with modern twists: momo dumplings in Tandoori, Afghani, and Szechuan flavors alongside butter chicken bowls, crispy paneer burgers, and vegetarian options.
