Mezoco is a Montclair, NJ Mexican taco truck and catering company established in 2016. Born from the founder's frustration with overpriced or 'tex-mex' tacos (and his Mexican wife's high standards), the truck serves traditional Mexican street food: tacos, quesadillas, burritos, and Mezoco Bowls with mahi mahi, carnitas, or tinga, plus Mexican rice and black beans. All salsas made in-house. Featured on the Rachael Ray Show in a segment with Andrew Zimmern.
Mezoco builds catering packages around your event — typically a choice of mains, mains with sides, or a tasting-style spread, customizable for your group and dietary needs. Your FTOTM quote covers everything, with no per-item pricing to manage.
Minimums vary by event date, location, and menu. Most catered events work best at around 40+ guests, but tell us about your event and we'll confirm what works — smaller groups can often be paired with another truck or a simplified menu.
2–4 weeks ahead is comfortable for most dates. Spring and summer weekends book up fastest — if your date is firm, reach out early and we'll hold the truck while we finalize details.
