The Quarry Truck is the mobile arm of The Quarry Grill, a family-owned burger spot on Route 23 in Franklin, NJ. The truck serves signature smash burgers made with fresh, locally sourced beef and deep-fried hot dogs at fairs, festivals, and private events. The menu includes the Rock Burger with house-made Rock Sauce, the Sussex Smash, the Dirty Burger, and the Taylor Ham Jam. The truck caters celebrations, corporate events, and family gatherings across North Jersey.
Minimums vary by event date, location, and menu. Most catered events work best at around 40+ guests, but tell us about your event and we'll confirm what works — smaller groups can often be paired with another truck or a simplified menu.
2–4 weeks ahead is comfortable for most dates. Spring and summer weekends book up fastest — if your date is firm, reach out early and we'll hold the truck while we finalize details.
