Uncle Sal's Gourmet Eggrolls takes the egg roll somewhere it has never been. Sal Graci turned a pandemic-era hobby into a full-time trailer in 2022, and now folds North Jersey favorites into crispy, hand-rolled eggrolls — Philly cheesesteak, chicken vodka parm, buffalo chicken, and Taylor ham, egg and cheese among them. The lineup rotates by event, with about four varieties on the board at any given festival. Based in Verona, NJ, and travelling events across the state.
